"Intimate," I repeat in a low voice, wholly distracted by the way his soft pink lips wrap around the fork. There's frosting at the corner of his mouth and I blink at the question, eyes going slightly dark as I look at him.

"Yeah," I say, leaning in and swiping my tongue across the corner of his mouth to lick the frosting away. "I think I might."
